  CESI specializes in managing high-profile projects that require consensus building with the public and with resource agencies.
In relation to this specialization, the company performs public outreach and Public Meeting facilitation.
CESI has coordinated numerous Public Meetings and Public Hearings for Federal and State agencies.
This includes securing venue and setup, the development of a newsletter announcing the Public Meeting, development of a project web site, preparation of displays for the Public Meeting, arrangement for the official transcript of the hearing, collection of public comments and all other tasks involved with this public coordination.
The firm has produced video presentations for clients on various projects and site visits.
This includes writing, research, directing, editing and production of the video presentation.
CESI has also designed Power Point presentations for public events. CESI received a 2004 Telly Award in the Government
Affairs category for the production of a 25-minute DVD presentation entitled, "Clear Creek Project Update". The presentation
included interviews with four members of the Clear Creek Study Team, Clear Creek footage, and maps and graphics
providing a detailed update on the Clear Creek Flood Damage Reduction Project. The Telly Awards program, established in 1980, has become a highly respected
competition for the creators of commercials, films and videos. More than 10,000 entries were submitted nationally in 2004 for Telly Awards.
